The front cover is interchangeable and can be used to display the hand lettered cover insert, or use the blank insert to display enamel pins.
Each Small Bookish Bag includes:
- Screen printed details on spine to look like a book
- Beautiful "Pages" stitching detail down the sides
- 1 x Hand Lettered cover insert "Potions and Poisons"
- 1 x Blank / Pattern cover insert for displaying pins
- 2 x Adjustable Straps (use 1 clipped to sides for Messenger bag mode and 2 to clipped on the back for backpack)
- 2 x Magnetic clasps to keep "cover" straight
- 1 x Internal top zip to close bag
- 3 x zippered pockets (one under the cover flap, one inside the bag, and one on the back of the bag)
- 2 x internal open pockets
- 1 x internal padded divider to protect your phone / kindle

It's very sturdy! I also like the thickness of the inserts. They're thick enough to hold shape and last a long time but aren't too thick to secure straight pin backs (which should be obvious but I've had issues with others 😅) definitely recommend if you're looking for a cute smaller ita bag!

Beautiful bag, I get so many compliments - most at the library, unsurprisingly! I've had a number of people stop me to write down the designer's name.
Love the protective phone space, and the outside pocket is great for holding ID or transport cards in the city. Positive and prompt communication from the seller, too.
One less star because, as a backpack, the adjustable straps are too long for me (5'3”, short torso). Nevertheless, happy with my purchase!
