Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30 day refund and exchange policy. If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product please make sure you let us know via our Contact Form within 30 days of the item/s delivery. Please include your contact details, order number and reason for the return/request for refund.
You can generally expect a reply and resolution within a week (please note this is dependant on how promptly you reply if we require further information).
If you are making a return or exchange for any reason other than an error on our part, the shipping costs of your order cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of your return postage.
Please note we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately via our Contact Form or email hello@rainbowspaceunicorn.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Same timelines apply as for the above Returns section.
Exceptions / Non Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, some wearable items (like earrings), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sales items or gift cards.
If you purchased your item through from a stockist, any request for a refund or exchange must be directed to them. Any of the above conditions may not apply.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
