Can I change my order?

We may be able to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us if you wish to make a change to your order.

We do NOT combine multiple orders to save on shipping. If you wish to do this, email us to arrange a cancellation of your original order and then you can place a new order with all the items you wanted.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed through the website are typically processed within 1 - 2 weeks, although there may be delays due to events outside of our control. Any significant delays will always be communicated to customers (and by social media) so you know what to expect.

Please note that pre-orders / Kickstarter campaigns take longer to ship, as the items are not immediately ready to ship. The most up to date information about shipping times will be in the Kickstarter updates or on our social media.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight (or sometimes the dimensions) of your parcel. We regularly compare shipping providers to ensure you're getting the most cost effective (but still reliable) deliveries.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Australia typically takes 3 - 7 days.
International orders can take anywhere between 2 - 5 weeks depending on your local postal system.

All international orders are sent with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you.
Please note we are not responsible for lost orders or delays to shipping which are beyond our control.

Where are your products made?

We work with manufacturers from all over the world! Most of them are from either Asia or Australia.

Where are you based?

We are on Yuggera and Gubbi Gubbi land in Meanjinn (Brisbane), Australia.

Can I commission a design?

Kit is open to doing comissions for charities or businesses, but is currently closed for personal commissions.

Heck yes! We love collaborating with other businesses.
Send a message through our contact form with details of your business, audience, and idea for collaboration. We could work together on anything from an exclusive enamel pin design to an online giveaway.

We are not currently interested in recieving applications from influencers or giving away any free merchandise. Follow us on social media to find out when we run our next product rep search.

Where can I submit feedback?

If you have good feedback (yay!), please leave a review on the product that you purchased.
